We are able to use this method on 85% of problems that could occur on your computers, in fact the only time we are unable to provide remote support is if you have internet downtime or you have a hardware failure in which case we will send a technician to your company.

Our software is completely safe using 128 bit encryption and will uninstall itself once the technician has finished, you can be confident in the knowledge that your data or any information will never be disclosed or stored unless we have written confirmation / permission from the client. We follow the strict policies of the Data Protection Act 1998 as its our legal and professional responsibility to protect our clients data and privacy.
