PC Health Check - £35 (home or workshop)

PC Running slowly? We will restore your PC to peak performance with our healthcheck service. This includes:

• Virus & adware/spyware removal
• Dust Removal
• Microsoft Updates (Original CD Rom Required)
• Hard Drive Check and defragmentation
• System Diagnosis

Extra computers are charged at just £15

Computer Repairs - £35.00 per hour

No Fix No Fee! If we are unable to repair your computer you will not be charged. However, if we advise you of a solution/repair and you decide not to take that advice, charges will still apply.

PC Upgrades - Prices Vary

If you are thinking of having your PC upgraded we can help. Most new PC's will take just about any upgrade where some of the older machines require parts that are of the same specification. If you're not sure what to do, we'll carry out a FREE upgrade check, and let you know what can be done. We can also custom build your dream computer to your own specification.

Computer Installation - £35.00 per hour

Bought your first computer? Confused and don't know where to start? Let us help you. We will set-up your computer for you, and advise how to avoid viruses and spyware. We will also help you connect to the internet, and show you how to use your new software.

We’ll also get you set up with some of the most popular free software available such as office applications, camera and photo programs, and media players / browsers.

Re-Format and Install - £40 (workshop only)

We will collect your computer from your home, format your hard drive and re-install the operating system. This includes the installation and service packs and full windows update.

If there’s any software you’d like reinstalled (such as Microsoft Office), we can also install this at £5 per item.

Network Installation - from £35.00

Why not let us install your wireless network and securely share your broadband connection, also you can safely share printers and files without any wires. We can also advise and supply any network equipment required.

The price of £35 includes up to two devices, extra devices are charged at £5.

Virus Removal - from £35.00

If your computer or laptop is infected with a virus, or has spyware or malware installed your data is at risk. Passwords and bank details may be stolen, and important files deleted. Unwanted pop ups and slow computer performance, and computer failure is common. SwanseaIT offer a professional virus removal service.

Remote Support - £20.00 per hour

Our engineers are able to connect to your computer remotely and resolve the problem.
